The Opportunity:

As an SEM Specialist, you will assist our clients in achieving their goals by executing, optimizing and analyzing search ad campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage search campaigns across platforms using updated features i.e. ad extensions, dynamic search ads, remarketing lists.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and perform competitive keyword analysis in order to achieve maximum ROI.
- Combine data and analytics across sources into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that can be shared with clients.
- Write and edit ad copy for A/B testing purposes.
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends and best practices in search marketplace.
- Ability to identify conversion tracking issues and update inactive tags.
- Work with the Analytics Department to create tools that automate tasks and manage large workloads.
- Find and edit scripts that help automate reporting and optimizing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and multi-task: Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work.
- Experience using the following platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Adverting, Google Analytics, Tableau and search Ads 360.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in search engine marketing desired.

The Opportunity:

As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for working with all departments to ensure that each campaign is set up for success and accuracy within our ad servers or ad platforms. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting media traders with campaigns set-up, organize resources and process documents, gathering reporting and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Traffic creative using our ad server, or by uploading creative directly into media platforms.
- Work with client services teams to understand how campaigns need to be set up prior to launch.
- Be an expert on the following creative setups – native, display, pre-roll, audio, CTV/OTT.
- Test, troubleshoot and debug issues with campaign delivery, discrepancies and creative.
- Work with clients and internal team members to answer questions and address issues as they arise.
- Maintain creative specifications of all platforms.
- Create new advertisers in platforms
- Assist media traders with QA requests and basic campaign setups
- Assist media traders with campaign pacing and report requests
- Maintain and organize media resources
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work independently and multi-task: Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work.
- Ability to immediately troubleshoot and identify technical issues.
- Possesses knowledge of the following media platforms: Beeswax, DV360, Campaign Manager, Simpli.fi, Adelphic, FlashTalking.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in ad trafficking and digital advertising desired.

Media Trader

- The Media Trader maintains a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies.
- Designs and implements or oversees implementation of single and multi-variant tests to increase campaign efficiency.
- Possesses a deep understanding of campaign and industry metrics for measurement.
- Keeps abreast of current events, social/digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business.
- Manages all aspects of the campaign from onboarding to reporting.

Digital Media Account Manager

- Setup and maintain client dashboards
- Maintain and grow the library of reporting dashboard templates

- Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to deliver insights and recommendations

- Ability to install and troubleshoot Google Analytics code across varying types of websites.
